The minimum amount for withdrawal is £30

Please allow upto 72 hours processing and 5 working days to reach your account. We do aim however to have your withdrawal in your acount within 2 working days from processing

When a withdrawal request is accepted, players' will forfeit all PPs left in their account up to the value of the remaining 'cash balance'.

Example: If a player has £200 cash in his/her account and £300 in PPs. Player withdraws £150 cash leaving £50 cash in the account. Player's PPs will be reduced to £50.

Players are required to wager THREE (3) times the total amount deposited plus Purely Points awarded on Bingo games prior to requesting a withdrawal

All withdrawals will be processed back to the card used to deposit. If you do not have a card registered then you will be issued a cheque. Please not cheques do require a slightly longer processing time.
